- Balsamic vinegar

Orange & Avocado Salad
- 6 cups salad greens
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp dried basil , or 1 tbsp. fresh basil chopped
- Sea salt, to taste
- Place salad, orange, avocado (and basil, if using fresh) into a bowl.
- Add all other ingredients into a small jar and shake, shake, shake!
- Add dressing to salad and toss.
